Raw Mango: Prepare ripe mangoes.

Pulping: This is the most important procedure, it can influence the final yield of mango pulp. Through the mango pulp machine, mango pulp can be separated from the mango skin and stone.

Refining: After making mango pulp, refining it can make sure the quality and fineness of the mango pulp. It can make the mango pulp more stable.

Deaeration: The function of deaeration is to remove air (especially dissolved oxygen) from the mgngo pulp, which can ensure bright natural mango color.

The final product of mango pulp processing plant is mango pulp, it usually no water is added, can be continuously used for the beverage, jam, yogurt and so on. Mango Washing Machine

This is the beginning of the magno pulp processing plant, after selecting ripe mangoes, to wash them with the fruit and vegetable washing machine is necessary, especially in the large scale mango pulp production lines. Our mango washing machine can not only wash mango, but also can wash kinds of other fruits and vegetables.

Mango Peeling and Destoning Machine

As it's name replies, mango peeling and destoning machine is used to remove the mango skin and stones. For large scale mango pulp processing plant, a mango peeling and destoning machine is necessary. While for small mango pulp production line, the mango destoning and pulping process can be integrated into one machine. 

Mango Pulper

The mango pulping machine, also known as a mango pulper or mango pulp making machine. It is one of the core mango pulp making machines among the mango pulp processing plant. Our mango pulping machine adopts 304 stainless steel, and has high efficience. Generally speaking, with one mango pulper, you can get coarse mango pulp, so mango pulper can effect the yield of mango pulp. Please choose the most suitable one according to your requirements. Sometimes, one mango pulper can simutaneously finish the peeling and destoning work. 

Fruit Refiner

With the fruit refiner, the mango pulp can be further refined. After getting the mango pulp made by fruit pulper, the fruit refiner can remove coarse fibers through a finer mesh screen, and to adjust the mesh size can get different pulp grades. With the help of fruit refiner, the mango pulp is smoother and meet the export standard about magno pulp processing plant. 

Vacuum Deaerator

The function of deaeration is to remove the air from the fruit pulp under a negative pressure environment, thus the oxygen content can be reduced. Deaeration can lower the dissolved oxygen content, reduce oxidation reactions, keep the bright color of mango pulp. With the help of vacuum deaerator, mango pulp is more suitable for aseptic packaging.

Pasteurizer

According to different technologies, pasteurization is usually used to kill microorganisms by heating to 85–95°C, which ensures mango pulp safety and extends the shelf life. Through pasteurization, the sterilized mango pulp can be kept for about several weeks, the aseptic packaged mango pulp can even be stored for 12 to 24 months at room temperature. So pasteurization is essential in the mango pulp processing plant. Generally speaking, there are tubular pasteurizer and plate pasteurizer, tubular pasteurizer is more common in the large mango pulp processing plant, you can choose the suitable one according to your needs. 

Aseptic Filling Machine

Aseptic filling or packaging refers to sterilized mango pulp is filled into aseptic packaging materials in an aseptic environment. The mango pulp can be stored for 12-24 months at room temperature without refrigeration. It is suitable for long-distance transportation. The common packaging forms are 220L Bag-in-Drum and 1000L IBC Aseptic Bags. Aseptic filling is supplied to large beverage factories. Hot filling is filling directly at high temperatures, it has the features of lower costs, simple operation and is suitable for small and medium scale mango pulp processing plant. It is usually used for glass bottles, cans and small packaging barrels etc.
