Vacuum Deaerator
The function of deaeration is to remove the air from the fruit pulp under a negative pressure environment, thus the oxygen content can be reduced. Pasteurizer

Through pasteurization, the sterilized mango pulp can be kept for about several weeks, the aseptic packaged mango pulp can even be stored for 12 to 24 months at room temperature. Aseptic Filling Machine
Aseptic filling or packaging refers to sterilized mango pulp is filled into aseptic packaging materials in an aseptic environment. The mango pulp can be stored for 12-24 months at room temperature without refrigeration. It is suitable for long-distance transportation. The common packaging forms are 220L Bag-in-Drum and 1000L IBC Aseptic Bags. Aseptic filling is supplied to large beverage factories. Hot filling is filling directly at high temperatures, it has the features of lower costs, simple operation and is suitable for small and medium scale mango pulp processing plant.
