This coconut deshelling machine is composed of a transmission system, reducer, deshelling driving roller, hair hopper, frame, and other components. During operation, the motor drives the driving roller through a sprocket, and the driving roller transfers motion to the driven roller via gears. When coconuts enter between the two rollers, the deshelling teeth on the rollers rotate to remove the fibers, thus achieving the deshelling effect.
